Five Years LLB
Three Years LLB
Five Years LLB - Entry here is possible right after the 12th where You need to appear in All India Exam I.e., CLAT( Common Law Aptitude Test), AILET - NLU Delhi,LSAT India and many others which gives you direct entry into some best law colleges of the India like 14 National Law Schools/Universities,National Law University, Delhi and others respectively.
Three Years LLB- In case of three years LLB, a person need to be a graduate from any college recognised by the UGC where every University or College conducts Entrance Exam like Delhi University while others take admission on the basis of Merit List.
Difference b/w Five Years LLB &Three Years LLB
Both these Course are equally good and should not be compared but preference should be given to Five Years LLB because of quality education, infrastructure, placement offered by these institutes.
