Universities like NALSAR and NUJS offer certificate and PG Diploma programmes in Business Law. This sphere is not merely limited to Indian jurisprudence but also deals with international business laws, which gives you an upper hand when compared to your counterparts in law schools. In NUJS, this course is taught by one of the best professors of NUJS. Some firms prefer those who have this additional certificate while hiring them. Additionally, many management firms and banks also prefer the students who have Diploma in business law, because by this course they get to know about Law of Contract/Commercial Law, Competition Laws, Laws of Arbitration and International Arbitration, Banking and Insurance laws, Environment Laws and intellectual property rights law. This clearly shows the wide variety of areas covered within a year. This certificate is only given after a candidate is passed in giving his dissertation.

Hello, before getting into this question, I will just tell you one basic thing that is there is no such college which have particular course or specialization in purely family law. Family law is mandatory course offered in national law universities and other law schools. There is no such hard and fast rule of deciding particular college as best. Now, coming back to your question, I believe that since famous family law teacher, professor Poonam Pradhan Saxena is Vice chancellor of NLU, Jodhpur, it will give you the maximum advantage to learn family law. Besides this, NLSIU, Bangalore is also a pioneer in its family law expertise. Other top tier law schools like NALSAR- Hyderabad, WBNUJS-Kolkata, and NLIU- Bhopal also have good faculty to know the family law. I believe that law schools just tell you the limited face of family law and it is better that you do internship in family court in a District or under a lawyer, who deals with family matters in High court. See, opting for higher studies and pursuing a job, depends on your own choice and preference.
If you really need a job and do not have time to pursue higher studies, then you may drop the idea of higher studies. But, if you do have time and resources, then I would advise you to please take up higher studies such as LLM or even MBA after LLB is a good option.
Now opting for higher studies shall add up to your qualifications and in turn would fetch you better career prospective and job offers, because candidates having an LLM or MBA or any other qualification apart from just LLB are attractive for recruiters and you are preferred more.
Also, higher studies in itself have a significance of making you more learned and also fetch you better and dynamic knowledge.
If I were to choose, I would have chosen higher studies for I have time and resources for the same and it's a dream for many.
However, you must chose as per your needs.
But, if you do have time and want better career and jobs do pursue higher studies as that would aid in getting promotions as well.

See, opting for higher studies after LLM shall just be a choice based on your ambitions.
However, LLM in itself is sufficient these days to fetch better results for oneself. Even though it is sufficient, but yes having other accolades is an add-on.
You may pursue Doctorate, as well or any other course as you wish.
However, going by the trends, a person having LLM from a good institute in itself is sufficient. Also, freshers are highly preferred these days for the jobs by various law firms and also not much weightage is given for additional qualifications provided you have a good CV of yours.
You could take a job also and you would get one even after completing your LLM .However, going for higher studies shall be a personal choice .Also, it would be an add-on but not a hindrance. If you do have time to study further please do prefer higher studies.

Any law college, however does not specialize as such in real estate /infrastructure laws in India. However, there are colleges, like NLU, GNLU which has specific center dealing with real estate and infrastructure law and, thus you get to learn a lot from there.
Most of the NLUS have various centers under which various certificate courses and training programmes are taken up for that particular law.
For instance, GNLU recently took up a conference on real estate laws.
Also, you could have your subject of specialization as real estate /infrastructure laws in any institute that has a provision for specialization for eg. NLU-Jodhpur, NUSRL-Ranchi, Nirma University etc.
Also, there are no college as such that is specifically meant to deal with Real Estate Laws as such.
There might be a chair /center for the law but not such specialization.
Also, depends on faculty at various institutes you may get one.

Talking of the scope and the reasons why I believe both the two fields of law have a scope in their own fields.
Both, the environmental law and humanitarian law have been a cause of action, and we get to see a number of contemporary issues regarding them for eg. Rohingya crisis these days is one such instance falling within humanitarian law. Also, the smog caused by factories nearby Delhi, falls within Environmental laws.
Also, there have been various known matters with regard to environment taken up by Medha Patkar, while Narmada Bachao Andolan and M.C Mehta also.
Also, for humanitarian laws killing of civilians in Kashmir, surgical strikes etc. fall within the ambit of humanitarian laws.
Thus, there arise a number of issues pertaining to both set of laws.
Also, owing to industrialization as well as globalization, the scope of cause of action arising in both the fields is very likely. It would be a matter of choice for an individual to go for practicing in humanitarian law or environmental law and believe me you would not repent your decision of taking up either of them.
