Different colleges have their different admission requirements. Decide where you want to study. Accordingly, you must prepare for entrance tests like LSAT, IELTS etc. Email the universities and find out exact requirements and prepare. Hi Soniya Singh, IGNOU mark sheets are valid, but universities abroad asks for an evaluation as per their rules. So, please check with the universities and do what is necessary. It will depend on the university, if they accept or not. Generally, it is accepted.

For pursuing LLB, a person has two choices. One can pursue BA LLB, 5-year degree from any national or private university. CLAT is conducted for 5 year program for national universities. One can pursue 3-year LLB after graduation from any stream.

Well, if you could not clear CLAT, you lose the opportunity of ending up at an NLU. But, you have NLU- Delhi which has a separate entrance.
However, apart from NLU you can get admission in various colleges such as BHU, Symbiosis, Amity University, Nirma University, GLC-Mumbai etc.
However, NLUs are the most preferred. You also have jave as an option to take admissions in other colleges.

Institutions like Symbiosis, Amity, Alliance, Christ, KIIT, BHU, Jamia Milia Islamia, etc., conduct separate tests to enrol students in the integrated law courses. You can go for these tests.
CLAT provides admission to only 16 government law colleges. Rest of the law colleges take up students through a different procedure.
There are another law exams like LSAT which provide admissions to 5-year law programs in other government and private reputed colleges. Individual universities like BHU conduct its own entrance test (BLAT) for the course. Likewise, many other colleges have their own admission procedure. It varies greatly.

CLAT is not easy so you need to focus only on CLAT. You have to study 5 required subjects every day.
Spend a minimum of 2 hours per subject daily.
Every day, 10-12 hours of study is required if you are actually passionate about clearing CLAT.
Daily newspaper reading and notes making is important. Spend approximately 2 hours per day. Do not include it in a 10 hour study.
Solve CLAT mock tests as much as you can.
This is the easiest way to crack CLAT.
