For the general category, the CUET PG expected cutoff ranges from 230 to 240.
Similar to that, the expected OBC cutoff for the CUET PG 2023 is between 220-230. However, NTA has released the CUET PG score along with the CUET PG 2023 results.

Yes, you can pursue an M.Sc. in nutrition and dietetics from Chandigarh University after a B.Sc. in life sciences, as it is one of the eligible subjects for admission. You need to have at least 50% marks in your graduation and qualify the CUCET entrance exam conducted by Chandigarh University.

No, it is not possible for SC category with rank in 32k to get admission NIT Rourkela for integrated MSc in Life science.
According to previous year cut offs, it will be hard for you to get any Integrated M.Sc. course in NIT Rourkela.
After passing the same-year's JEE main exam, you must go via the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) to obtain admission. There are no additional admission options at NIT Rourkela.

The eligibility criteria are given below:-
For Undergraduate Life Science Courses
The candidate must have cleared their 10th and +2, with a minimum aggregate of 50% or above in the latter.
For B.Sc. Life Science, the student must have opted for Physics, Chemistry and Biology during the Higher Secondary Education.
Most institutes do not require the candidates to attend an entrance exam for BSc. Life Science, but if the entrance exam is insisted, then the cut-off mark will be decided by the college.
