No candidates can not appear for the PU LLB Exam Counselling if they did not clear it. It is mandatory to pass the entrance exam to participate in the next process.

After the completion of the selection process for BA LLB course, the shortlisted candidates have to register and appear for Jamia Hamdard Counselling process for the final seat allotment. Candidates must bring the following documents at the time of counselling:
- Jamia Hamdard application form
- Class 12 marksheet
- SC/ ST Category Certificate (if any)
- State and National Sports Player Certificate (if any)
- Person with Disability (PwD) Certificate (if any)
