LLB Eligibility

 Following are the eligibility criteria for admission in BA LLB program at Dr. D. Y. Patil Law College:

• The candidate should have scored a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC & ST category) in the 10+2 examination.
• Should have appeared and qualified Maharashtra Common Entrance Test.

The eligibility criteria for LLB programme offered by School of Law and legal affairs NIU is that aspirant must have completed their graduation in any discipline from a recognised university. For this course CLAT, LSAT India, NSAT and CUET PG exams are accepted. 

Whereas, for the integrated LLB programme like B.A. LLB and BBA LLB the eligibility criteria is candidates must have completed their 10+2 with 50% minimum. Exams like CLAT and CUET UG are accepted by NIU for this program.

Fakir Mohan University selects candidates for BA LLB based on their merit in the last qualifying exam. Aspirants need to complete Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST) for BA LLB admission. Selected candidates with their names in the merit list are offered seat in the university.

Candidates must pass Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST) to apply for Fakir Mohan University BA LLB programme. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification after the completion of selection process. 

Candidates willing to get admission to BA LLB at MJRPU are required to meet the eligibility requirements. In order to be eligible, candidates must have qualified Class 12 with a minimum of 45% from any recognised national or state board. MJRPU only considers eligible candidates for admissions.
