Candidates wishing to apply for BBA-LLB at NMIMS Dhule must have cleared Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate. Candidates who have appeared for the final exams of Class 12 are also eligible to apply for the course and get provisional admission on the condition that they will secure a minimum of 45% aggregate. Candidates must also appear for NMIMS-LAT and clear the cutoff set by the university to make it to the final shortlist.

The eligibility criteria for BA LLB (Hons) at NLU Shimla are as follows:
- Candidates should have passed the Senior Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent examination from a recognised Board with at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of general category and 40% in case of SC/ST category
- Candidates should appear for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) and obtain a valid score in it
- Candidates should apply for admission to NLU Shimla through the CLAT online counselling process
- Candidates should meet the reservation and horizontal quota criteria as per the HPNLU Shimla website

Geeta Institute of Law BBA LLB Hons admissions are only possible if students fulfill the eligibility criteria. As per the criteria, students who have passed Class 12 examinations in any subject/discipline with not less than 45% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply for the course. Moreover, for reserved category candidates, the institute offers a 2.75% relaxation in the eligibility criteria.

To apply for the BA LL.B. (Hons. ) programme at Crescent School of Law you must have:
Qualification: (i) Passed Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) from a recognised board in any stream with minimum 50% marks (aggregate)
Age Limit: - Birth date should be between January 2003 and December 2008.

No, you can't directly pursue a 3-year LLB course after 12th arts. In India, you can pursue a 3-year LLB course only after completing a bachelor's degree in any discipline. However, there are a few universities that offer a 5-year integrated LLB course after 12th arts. These courses are designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of law and prepare them for a career in the legal field.
