No, you can't directly pursue a 3-year LLB course after 12th arts. In India, you can pursue a 3-year LLB course only after completing a bachelor's degree in any discipline. However, there are a few universities that offer a 5-year integrated LLB course after 12th arts. Candidates who have passed Class 12/ PUC or equivalent examination with at least 45% aggregate (43% aggregate for OBC and 40% aggregate for SC/ ST) are eligible to apply for RILS Bangalore BA LLB programme. Aspirants must also hold a valid score in any of the accepted entrance exams for admission. The institute considers CLAT, LSAT India, AILET or RILS Entrance Test scores for admission.
