Students aged 16 and above who wish to study at UK Uni can apply for Student Visa. They must have obtained offer letter for course by licensed student sponsor, can fund their studies and stay in UK, are good in English and have proof of your parent's consent. Old Tier 4 general student visa has now replaced by this visa. If a student is applying from outside UK, they should do so 6 months before start of program.
