As per your query, you need to get the knowledge of HR policies and management skills. For that, you can think certificate or diploma in human resource from IIM.
They have specialised programme for a working professional to enhance their knowledge and skills.
As I understand, according to your statement, Llaw domain won't solve your purpose.

Yes, you can apply for LLB programme but before entering into these fields, check your interest and don't opt for any of them because someone told you so.
You think of totally different field. Accordingly, I would suggest, you should go for career counselling to find the best option for you.

BA LLB is equally good as BBA LLB. If you want to know the depth of the subjects, then BBA LLB honors is better and it involves subjects like:
1. Business environment and ethical practices.
2. Human resource management.
3. Strategic management.
BA LLB honors involves subjects like:

2. Sociology.
3. Economics.
4. Political science.
