The tuition fee for MSc Finance programme at the London School of Economics is £48,500 (INR 52,28,770). The tuition fee is the same for both home and overseas students. To ensure their seat in the programme offer holders have to submit 10% of the tuition cost. For offers issued before May, the deposit will be due within 28 days of receiving the offer. For offers issued from May onwards, the deadlines are as follows:
- May: within 21 days
- June: within 14 days
- July and August: within 7 days

Getting into the MSc Finance programme at LSE is quite challenging. Admission to this programme is very competitive. The acceptance rate of the programme is very low around 6% to 10% based on various sources. For MSc Finance, the London School of Economics accepts applications on a rolling basis. So there is no specified deadline. However, students are advised to apply as early as possible due to the highly competitive nature of the admission process. The funding deadline for needs-based awards from LSE is Apr-End, 2026.

The admission requirements for the MSc Finance programme at the London School of Economics (LSE) are as follows:
- Upper second-class honours (2:1) degree or equivalent in any discipline and good quantitative skills.
- A minimum of A-level Mathematics (or its equivalent).
- GMAT or GRE is required for all applicants without a UK undergraduate degree (GMAT strongly preferred).
- Work experience (either through internships or full employment) optional
- English proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL, PTEA etc.)

The Test of Mathematics for University Admission (TMUA) tests your mathematical thinking and reasoning skills. LSE made TMUA mandatory for September 2025 entry for two programs: BSc Economics and BSc Econometrics and Mathematical Economics. You can choose to sit the test on the following dates:
- Test sitting 1: 16 and 17 October 2024; or
- Test sitting 2: 8 and 9 January 2025.

The tuition fee for the BSc Economics programme at LSE is £9,535 (INR 10,27,369) for home students and £34,000 (INR 36,63,404) for overseas students. This is the fee for the academic year 2025-26. The home student undergraduate fee may rise in line with inflation in subsequent years. However, the overseas tuition fee will remain the same for each subsequent year of full-time study.
