well, placement is something that is best for B.Tech CS in LPU. In short if you want to get placed with MNCs join LPU. The main reason for which and my sister chose this university is because of its placement record. If you will check the records, LPU has great placement records and due to which the university is awarded the best university for placement and training. In fact, the training and the placement go on throughout the year. Also, you will more than 1600 recruiters come to recruit students from LPU extending job offers to 8500 students during campus placement. In fact, most recent, the highest package is 64 LPA offered by Google and this package is the highest in the country. Another student bagged a package of 48 LPA offered by Google
Amazon offered a great package pf 46.4 LPA to LPU Students
Tanya Arora bagged a package of 42 LPA with Microsoft and Akhil bagged a package of 37 LPA. The least package that you can bag from LPU Placements starts with 10 LPA and the maximum goes to 1 crore. Well definitely IIM can not be compared. If you can get through their process you should go there otherwise in my opinion LPU is also good in all the aspects. Professors go for value-based education which is something we as professionals would require in our career. Guest lectures by experts and some really successful people are arranged by our department to widen our scope of learning. The placements are exemplary. Many of my known alumni are placed in decent companies in different cities, while some are placed abroad, too. Industrial exposure is offered through in-house training programs. The university organizes many external workshops for us. The package provided by on-campus jobs is also satisfactory. The university environment is pretty decent with high-tech security. They also organize regular interactive one-on-one sessions with experts where we can discuss our views and share our doubts and problems.

Therefore, I strongly recommend LPU over the other two.

For a young 10+2 student, this seems to be the most important question. Since placements are considered the top barometer of success, I will talk about the factors leading to placement. Mostly placements are considered as a standalone process. Course curriculum, it needs to be dynamic and industry consulted then; only the professionals be developed who the industry really needs. Programme delivery: Classroom teaching doesn't work anymore, it has to be an experiential learning technique. Technology training: Many times, the students do get good skill sets, but these skills are there with many people in the market, the freshers need to have exposure to tools like Oracle, Advance excel, GitHub, other MOOCs, etc. Which improves the efficiency manifold.
