Eligibility for admission in B.Arch at LPU is : B.Arch at LPU is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English and also 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics OR Pass with 60% in Diploma (any stream) (3 years) recognized by Central/ State Govt. (with Mathematics) or equivalent, subject to qualifying marks in NATA 2020 or JEE Main (Paper II)(80 percentile or above) or qualifying marks in any specially designed aptitude test in Architecture conducted by the competent authority of the Central/ State Governments (as/ if allowed by statutory body for 2020-21).
Any one of the entrance exam either JEE Main Paper II or NATA

Yes, you are eligible for scholarship if your NATA Scores is 120 or more. One major point I would like to inform you is that, at LPU the sooner you apply, the better scholarship you can get.
