Diploma in Computer engineering is available at LPU. Designed as a skill enable programme, the students actually learn by doing and progress from basics to higher order skills like develop, install, maintain software and hardware products. Diploma graduates can start entrepreneurial ventures or can pursue higher studies. Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam)
Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10th (with Mathematics, Science and English) or equivalent. LPU ensures the following programme outcomes :
1 : Understand the basics of mathematics, sciences and basic Computer Engineering and Information Technology and develop environment friendly solutions
2 : Demonstrate and participate in analysis and apply the knowledge in the field of data structures, networks, programming, animation and web development.

Dear Deepak, The cut-off for qualifying LPU NEST is around 40% marks for pass programs whereas for honors and integrated programs, it is between 40% to 50% marks. This cut off is often dynamic, and change every year depending upon the difficulty of the paper, number of candidates, the number of vacant seats, marks obtained any other factors. Please note these are just indicative numbers for qualifying LPU NEST for scholarships of different slabs the cut off is higher for every upper slab of scholarship. However there are large number of other criterion on which you can avail scholarships, I. e Marks in 10th and 12th, JEE Mains if given, Hope this helps
