In simple words, I would say as the name suggests Lovely Professional University. University has a lovely atmosphere in terms of infrastructure, facilities, students, culture and is completely Professional in terms of Learning and Teaching. I would suggest Diploma+ B.Tech in CSE as you will save one year and join B.Tech in the second year only. Candidate must have completed his/her 1st year without any backlog/reappear. Candidate must have the minimum percentage required for eligibility qualification of the current year (in which a student is seeking migration). Student has to submit Migration Certificate and character Certificate from the head of present institute/university from which he/she is migrating. Mapping of transcripts will be processed and for this one has to pay Course mapping charges in LPU. If this goes well and there are no issues in course mapping, Candidate can join the university at any time during an academic year.

I think LPU is better than the mentioned name in the question. As per the LPU website, the eligibility for B.Tech Lateral Entry is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (engineering. ). (any stream) 3 years after 10th or 2 years. After 10+2 (Non-Medical) or B.Sc. (Non-Medical) or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or equivalent. LPU NEST as of now is for scholarship purpose only. LPU offers scholarships based on many categories. Lovely Professional University provides various scholarship on the basis of :- 1. Scholarship on the basis of LPU NEST 2. Scholarship on the basis of Percentage in the qualifying exam 3. Scholarship on the basis of Performance in Sports, Cultural, R&D, Co-curricular and Social Service Bravery Awards. 4.
