To pursue Mass Communication M.A (Mass Communication) through PUCAT, candidates need to be a graduate in any discipline with 45% marks. 5% relaxation for SC/ST students. The duration of Mass Communication MA (Mass Communication) course is of 2 Years. The admission to M.A. at Garware Institute of Career Education and Development is done on the basis of entrance exam. The accepted exam is SMAT. The eligibility includes the applicant to have passed undergraduate course from a recognised university. However, it is to be noted that the colllege does not offer M.A. in Education.

Candidates must have completed their bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited university in order to be eligible for the M.A. (Master of Arts) program at Sri Venkateswara College in New Delhi. For general category candidates, a minimum of 50% of aggregate marks is required; for SC/ST/OBC candidates, this minimum is 45%. In order to enroll in the matching M.A. program, candidates must also have completed the necessary undergraduate coursework in the relevant field. Merit-based admissions mean that applicants may need to show up for an entrance exam or interview with the college.

The eligibility criteria for the M.A. at SNDT college Pune are:-
- M.A. I Year
Graduate in any discipline from any faculty of this university or any other recognised university as equivalent thereto.
A candidate for being eligible for admission to M.A. English will have topass English proficiency test.
- M.A. II Year
Students from other University cannot take direct admission in II year of Master’s programme.
For a student from this University - should have cleared first year in the same subject or has passed with admissible ATKT.

Earlier for PG admissions, Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) used to be accepted, but from 2023 onwards, PG admissions will only be based on the CUET PG exam.
Once the CUET results are declared, eligible candidates need to register themselves on Delhi University’s admission portal - admission.uod.ac.in for all UG and PG course admissions. The final Selection for PG courses will be based on the merit list released for both merit and entrance-based admissions.

For admission to MA at Amrita DMC Coimbatore, students need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. Candidates who pass a UG degree with 50% aggregate in any discipline from a recognised university are eligible to apply for this course. Admission to this course is entrance-based.
