Hello Roshni,
For doing MA in Manipur or for that matter in any subject, one needs to do graduation in same subject. It stands to reason that a student should have done graduation in a subject before doing post graduation. Yes, you can do MA after completing BA. You only need Bachelor's degree in arts stream for taking admission in MA Sanskrit.
Academic options:

You need to appear in an entrance exam that is AUCET through which you can get admission in MA.And You should have passed B.Sc. or B.com or B.A. any other graduation courses. Then only, you will be eligible for the admission.

Basic eligibility to apply for M.A. in Applied Linguistics from the University of Hyderabad is that candidate should be a graduate with a minimum pass mark of 50% in graduation with minimum 50% marks in English (compulsory or optional subject). Eligible candidates need to appear for a written test conducted by University of Hyderabad. Candidates are selected based on the marks obtained in written test conducted by the university.
