Central University of Jammu offers admission to MA is based on CUET PG scores followed by round-wise counselling. The university releases the merit lists for candidates who qualify for the cutoff. During the Central University of Jammu CUET PG cutoff 2024 for Round 3, the cutoff score was 14 for M.A. in English.

GRE is optional for students who want to take admission to Texas A&M University. Apart from this, the other requirements that are required for admissions are:
- A bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline
- Letters of Recommendation
- English language proficiency score report
- Academic Transcripts
- Statement of Purpose

Eligibiity Criteria:
A candidate should have atleast 50% aggregate marks in undergraduation.
A candidate should qualify JMI entrance exam with the required cut off score.
Candidates shortlisted on the basis of the above eligibility criteria are called for the next rounds where further screening is doen for final selection
The JMI Entance Exam marks required for MA varies between 30 and 79. It depends on the course of M.A the candidate want to pursue.
