The university conducts RVSAT for providing admission to MA course. The shortlisted candidates are further called for PI round. After completion of the selection rounds, the university releases a merit list to announce the names of the shortlisted candidates. The shortlisted aspirants are called for counselling and document verification. Aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university. 

Candidates, for MA programme, are first shortlisted on the basis of skill assessment test which consists of written skill test, communication skill and logical reasoning. Shortlisted candidates have to then appear for a personal interview round. Final selection is based on the candidate’s scores in skill assessment test, personal interview round and past academic performance.

The total tuition fee for two-year MA courses ranges from INR 7,600 to INR 40,000. BAOU offers a fee concession to female candidates. Besides, aspirants also need to pay an application fee to register for the course.

Raiganj University MA is offered in total 10 specialisations under the aided mode and in seven specialisations under the self-financed mode.

Magadh University MA admission is done basis merit and marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

Yes, Kumaraguru College of Liberal Arts and Science offers a two-year PG course of MA. This course is offered in affiliation with Bharahtiar University. Students can pursue MA in only one specialisation, i.e., Political Science. During this course, students will build a deep understanding around topics like Political Science viz, international relations, geopolitics, public policy, social justice etc. 

 NOU Patna offers a two-year PG course of MA across 15 specialisations, which are taught through five different schools at the university. These specialisations are Economics, Education, Political Science, Sociology, Psychology, Maithili, Public Administration, Urdu, etc. Apart from this, the university also offers MA in Bhojpuri and English, but these specialisations are currently suspended by the university till any further update.
