There are 2 modes of admission - Merit or Direct and Entrance exam. Candidates who have not graduated from the University of Delhi, have to apply through Entrance mode. Admission is based on the marks obtained in the entrance test or marks obtained in graduation depending on the mode of admission.
BA / BA (Hons) marks obtained 60% required for admission.
If you are a Graduate in B.A. honors Political Science from the University of Delhi, then you can take admission based on merit. But if you are not an honors graduate then you will have to give entrance to take admission in the Master's program at Delhi University.

Hi Uma, UGC has approved a proposal to allow students to pursue two degree programmes at the same time. One of the degrees has to be in the regular mode and the other either in open and distance learning or online. Hope this helps!
