Hi Uma, UGC has approved a proposal to allow students to pursue two degree programmes at the same time. One of the degrees has to be in the regular mode and the other either in open and distance learning or online. Hope this helps!

Gujarat University releases its cut off & merit list for various courses to get admission in UG & PG programs every year. There are around 130 departments & colleges in Gujarat University for which cutoff will be determined based on the reservation categories and the availability of the seats. The merit list for the Master in Development Communication programme was released on October 28. The merit list of Gujarat University for the MA programme was released on October 9. The admission process begins with the registration of Candidates and admissions are done on the basis of performance in entrance examination. The process will start May/June in every year.

The admission process for M.A. Courses is usually done through an entrance exam in almost all the top colleges. Top Entrance Exams for M.A. Admission include DUET IPU CET BHU PET JNUEE etc. Registrations for DUET usually commence from March. Few colleges grant direct admission based on graduation marks to this course.
