1. ). 5% to North East states and Sikkim candidates / Defence Personnel and their Dependents/Wards of Kashmir Migrants
2. ). 10% to outstanding Sports Persons (I. e. students who are getting Sports Scholarship), Subject to verification from Selection committee*. However, out of both only one relaxation will be given

No, candidates have to appear for CUCET for admission to any of the programmes. Apart from CUCET the University also accepts several other national-level entrance exams based on the course.
