MDSU admission process for MA is entirely entrance-based. Candidates seeking for admission to this course must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place before applying for the course. The eligibility criteria for all MA specialisations ranges between 48% to 55% aggregate. Direct admission is offered to those who meet the educational requirements for the course. Eligible candidates need to apply online on the official website of MDSU or the respective affiliated colleges.

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 48% aggregate is the basic eligibility for an MA offered at Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University Ajmer. However, candidates applying for MA in Geography need a minimum of 55% aggregate to be eligible for the course. The aspirant must have the documents as a proof of eligibility as well. At the time of filling the online application form for MA course at MDSU, candidates must upload a set of documents in the prescribed format. Find below the list of all the necessary documents:

  • Recent passport-size photographs
  • Government ID card (Aadhar Card, Voter ID card, Driving License, etc.)
  • Marksheets of each year of the qualifying examination (Class 10 and 12, UG/ PG, CMAT, GATE, etc.)
  • Transfer certiciate/ Character certificate/ Migration certificate (from the institution last attended)
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)

NOTE: The size of a single scanned file to be uploaded is a maximum of 300 KB.
