No, In India there is no provision for getting admission directly into master's. You need to require at least Bachelors degree in the relevant subjcet.

There are limited options for pursuing an M.A. In Human Rights in Marathi. However, some universities in Maharashtra such as Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University YCMOU offer M.A. In Human Rights in Marathi medium.
