For some private universities, you are eligible but for government universities such as Delhi University and BHU, you have to score a minimum of 55% to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the university.

I would give the TISS programme a high rating - based on the following:
To become a social entrepreneur, you need to understand the Biz and the nuances in which go in making a venture profitable or if it's a not-for-profit then sustainable. I am not very sure about this course in specific, but MA in English is offered by the aided morning shift of the college and is quite reasonable. The average fee should do between INR. 10,000- INR. 12000.

Eligibility criteria for MA in Japanese from Doon University is as below:
Graduate in any stream with Chinese or Spanish or Japanese or German language as one elective subject or Diploma in any of these languages from a recognized University/institution with minimum 50 % marks (45 % for SC/ST from Uttara hand).
If you fulfill this requirements , you can apply for the course.
