The Utkal University admission process for the year 2023 has been completed. The admission process for UG & PG courses usually begins every year in April. Around the same timeline, the university releases an official notification on its website. With the registration portal activation, the admission procedure also commences for the academic year. Yes, Utkal University accepts CAT scores for admission to its MBA in Agri-Business Management. Candidates willing to get admission to this course can appear for CAT and submit their scores at the time of filling the application form. Yes, the University offers a RUSA Doctoral Fellowship for / MPhil PhD students. The University announces the fellowship of INR 50,000 to INR 75,000 per month depending upon the academic qualifications, research competencies and publications for a maximum period of four years. No, Candidates cannot get direct admission into Utkal University MSc as admissions into the programme take place through the merit secured in the Odisha SAMS CPET entrance exam. Candidates applying for admission into the programme will have to first appear for the exam and then subsequently apply for admission.

If candidates want to take direct admission in the programme, they can apply for the integrated BSc + MSc programme of the university. To secure admission in the programme they will have to apply through their Class 12th score and complete their BSc degree as well.
