No, in UNOM, it is not possible through regular mode. In website, information is available about the eligibility for all PG courses conducted by UNOM.

Eligibility-
BA (Hons.)/ BA under at least 10+2+3 pattern securing a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate including all subjects studied at B.A. level. The subject in which admission is sought must be a Hons. Subject at BA (Hons.) level/subject studied in all the three parts at BA level.
Entrance Exam -
Admissions are made through an Entrance Examination Postgraduate Entrance Test (PET) generally conducted between May/June every year. Notification for the Entrance Examination will be generally released during February every year.

Firstly, take direct admission for Master's degree. The admission is given on the merit basis to only students who are from DU itself and has good marks. If you are from other university, you have to give entrance. If you were a student of DU, it is a plus point. Regards.

If you are doing B.Tech, why do you want to change the field of study from technical to non-technical? It is better to continue B.Tech, and if you really want to do MA, refer to university website for eligibility.
