You shall have to check if the college has extended the last date. Many colleges out some amount of fine for late application deposit. In case the date has not extended, there is no chance to appear for the entrance test. You can still confirm the same from the exam conducting body once. It will be good if you could name the exam for better understanding.

Hello Shruti,
No, you are not eligible to apply for M.Des in interior design as you have completed your Diploma in architecture. The minimum criteria is Bachelor's degree in the related field.

After BE in Electrical, you should go for M.Des in Automobile design, as per your stream. Otherwise, you may have many options. For fashion, go for M.F Tech, then you can go for Fashion Comm. , Apparel Design, Furniture Design, Ceramics, etc. Good Luck.

For admission to NID for M.Des., eligibility for a candidate is to have completed a bachelor degree in any discipline of minimum 4-year duration from recognized university/ institute.
As for IIFA Multimedia, Srinivasanagar, Srinivasanagar, Bangalore for B.Sc in Animation and Multimedia, the eligibility is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board. So, if you B.Sc was 4 year degree program, you can apply for NID and IIFA both. Else, try for IIFA.

Yes, you can do M.Des in Fashion Design from NIFT or NID, directly after BE. The basic courses in Masters remain same as in B.Des.

The eligibility criteria set by NIFT for shortlisting candidates for M.Des has a clause stating that the person should possess a Diploma in UG Design from NIFT or NID only.
