Maharashtra Institute of Technology Institute of Design offers three years MDes programme across eleven specialisation. MDes is the flagship course of the Institution. Candidates are required to appear in the MIT DAT (Design Aptitude Test) to get into MDes programme. A valid score in MIT DAT followed by personal interview and studio test. As there is no facility for direct admission to the Institution, so candidates wont't be able to get into MIT ID without MIT DAT.

• A copy of Class 10 pass marksheet
• A copy of Class 12 pass marksheet
• A copy of bachelor's degree pass marksheet
• Caste/ EWS Certificate
• Domicile Certificate

MIT Institute of Design is a private institution which started operating in 2006. Google, Goodrej, Samsung, etc. are the partnershiped company. PLacement ranges from the highest INR 27 lakh, Average INR 8 Lacs and minimum INR 5lakh.
