Hi, The cut-off for last year at Chetana was 98.47 percentile. So therefore with this score you will not be able to get admission.

First, you have good score in your GRE and IELTS/TOEFL according to which you can access to the various programs such as assistantship and administrationship which covers almost full cost of your tuition fee. So, you need not to worry about fee. Just prepare for your exams and have a good luck.

Ideally, bank balance equal to one year's total cost of attendance would be enough. Cost of attendance = tuition fees + room boarding charges, living expenses/pocket money + books etc. Roughly that should be equal to $40-60,000 if you've not received any scholarship.

Hi Sonia, Clearly, it depends on what kind of job you wish to do after studying. Please ask yourself whether you want a research oriented work, do you want to work in embedded systems, do you like telecommunications, do you want to shift your career and do management and so on. There is no particular stream which is good or bad but depends on your own interest. Please make a career goal and figure out what to do and decide accordingly. You can also get a job and work for 1-2 years while exploring your interests.

Hi Anurag, A very slim chance is there and depends on how strong your profile otherwise is besides the percentage you secured. Excellent letters of recommendations, projects, internship, publication work, research oriented work, patents etc. And also the statement of purpose will be evaluated. Your application will scrutinized more strictly because of the low percentage. Do keep in mind that is low for German universities, if you apply to universities in other countries such as Netherlands, Ireland, Denmark etc. You may have possibility of admission. You can also try in Australia. You have to clear the IELTS in addition.
