You can do this, but you must get more than 6.5 band in IELTS exam. You also have opportunity to do post-graduation instead of Masters.

Hi, MS admissions are highly competitive in Canada. It is a very good Bachelor's degree, 75% marks and above is preferred. Research, publications, outstanding recommendation letters etc. are additional requirements. Additionally, you must see, if you are fit for MS Coursework or MS Research-based programs. University of British Columbia, University of Toronto, University of Waterloo, University of Alberta, York University and MCGill University to name a few.

Hi, a good academic track record is required for admissions into German universities. Since you did not mention your B.Tech percentile, it is difficult to evaluate your profile and guide you.

Hi Kamal, what you hears is right. And even if some college do admit, there is visa rejection. This happens most of the times. However if your overall percentage after clearing all the backlogs is good, additionally if you have some very good projects and internships and other skills then you can try applying. A very good SOP and LORs will be required. There is no harm trying. Your application package must be good. Keep checking other countries too like Australia, European countries like France etc. many options will be available.

To qualify for an MS course in Canada, you have to appear for the GRE (Graduate Record Examination) which is a pre-requisite to gaining entry into an MS course abroad. Apart from that, you also may have to clear a language proficiency test required by many universities abroad or in Canada. If you have a strong UG degree, that will also help secure admission in a top MS course in Canada. In other words, your overall application must be strong, to secure admission in a top college in Canada. Your marks in 12th may also be taken into consideration, but most of the time it is not. Regards.
