Hi Sam,
First and foremost, you have to complete your undergraduate degree from a recognised university. You must be academically very strong and sound to be considered for admission in a German university. Normally if we look around, students who apply or being accepted by German institutions are very strong academically and have percentages in the range of 85 to 90% and above. Some other key requirements also include knowledge of German language although many universities do not require prior knowledge of German language. You must also take the IELTS. Why MBA or MS? Why not M.Tech from a prestigious technical college/institute? Well, choosing a Master's degree course and being eligible for it depends on your pass percentage and knowledge. Also, be clear about what you really want to opt for as a career option?

US is better because there are the more IT companies in the USA than Netherland and after you perform in a better way, they can select you in campus selection.

Hi,
You can apply for MBA. MS admissions are challenging in Canada. To apply to MBA you must take GRE or GMAT and IELTS. Some colleges in Canada are there not requiring GMAT. You have to see the eligibility criteria on university websites.

Hi Guru,
MS in both these countries are competitive. An upper first class in your BE with excellent projects, publications, LORs, SOP and a valid IELTS score etc. Will be required. In Canada, GRE may or may not be required depending on the university. In Germany, GRE is not required. You should check some university websites for details like admission deadlines, fee and requirements.

Hi Jalaj, practice makes it perfect, you must revise and practice regularly. Firstly, it is good to take a mock test before starting the preparation. You will know where you stand in the beginning. Then onwards make your routine, identify your areas of weakness and areas where you are good at. Mock tests must be taken once or twice a week and you should track your improvement. Many online materials are found on ETS website. Keep checking and practicing.
