You have to clear your Bachelor's degree with very good marks, more than 75% is required. Also to study in Canada you must have 4 year Bachelor's degree since they don't accept 3 year degree courses. You must also take IELTS to meet English language requirements. Your admissions will also depend on your SOP, LORs, project work, internships, extracurricular activities etc.

Yes, it is a decent university however if you have a good profile consider QUT, RMIT, UTS, etc.

Without work experience and basis the academics, MBA is not the right program for you at the moment. Look for MS programs. But if you want to do MBA then gain 2-3 years of work experience and take the GMAT, get into a good b-school.

Focus on your academics. Your numbers will be the first thing to get noticed. Get yourself involved in high-end project works, publications and your internship must be a very good one. As for the exams, you have to prepare hard for the GRE and the TOEFL. Scholarships are awarded by the universities on a merit basis, so if you have a very strong academic record, extremely good projects, LORs, SOP, high GRE scores, etc., your chances of admission and scholarship will be high automatically. As a minimum criterion of eligibility, aspiring candidates need to have completed MBBS/BAMS with a minimum aggregate score of 50% with 1-year compulsory internship. Also, a minimum aggregate score of 60% at the level of graduation.
Often, candidates are required to qualify an institute, state or national-level entrance test for admission to the course.
MS is mostly a course which is offered by universities abroad. GRE and language proficiency tests are required to gain admission in universities abroad.

GRE is definitely mandatory for admission in most universities for a course in MS. However, TOEFL is a language proficiency test and is not required if the medium of instruction was English in your school. However, it is always best to check for admission requirements of the school you are interested in, as admission requirements may vary from institute to institute.
