Yes, it's perfectly possible to pursue MS in Germany. Fees there are very reasonable. But selection process is obviously tough. Without wasting any time start on the process.

Which university in Poland are you talking about? There is no such University of Poland. Overall Europe has a good market for mechanical engineers, so you can try. Warsaw University of Technology is one of the famous.

There is no specific cut-off, but an upper first class is highly recommended. 75% is what I would suggest.
