German universities are the best universities for MS in Mechanical Engineering. All the major engineering firms are in Germany. Education fee in Germany is very nominal and German government allows PG students to work 20 hours per week along with studies. You are advised to prefer German universities over Canadian universities for MS in Mechanical Engineering.

Hi Sandip ,
The main criteria to study in Germany is to have very good academic scores. 55% is not even recognized there. Please check universities in other countries like Australia or even SPP colleges in Canada which requires a minimum of 55%. You may also try Belgium, Italy, etc. but not Germany.

To study from US you must take your GRE. IELTS or TOEFL is an additional requirement for international students. You may consider learning German language if you desire to study in Germany for better prospects. Your profile seems good though you haven't specified your academic profile. Have clarity over your career plans, you have to convince the university why marketing or why entrepreneurship or why business management through your statement of purpose and personal interviews at a later stage. Every university has different admission requirements, it is recommended you check university websites for the entry requirements
