If finance is the problem, take a job save money, probably you can do an MBA in Aviation Management after a couple of years. If you have a strong profile you can expect scholarships but not a guarantee. All the best dear.

India has better Aeronautical / Aerospace institutes for graduation and post graduation. I recommend you evaluate Indian Institutes also. Ireland has three colleges offering Aeronautical / Aerospace degree courses. You may consider University of Limerick. You may face challenges / difficulties to get scholarships.

You may refer to QS World Rankings for more options. Scholarships are quite competitive in Germany though all universities have financial aid. You must have excellent grades to be considered for scholarships.
