Purdue University is a very competitive university in USA. Admission is based on a combination of the following criteria:
• CS course background and major GPA,
• Class rank,
• Letters of recommendation,
• Your statement of purpose,
• Research experience, publications,
• English Proficiency.
Generally, GPAs above 3.5 on a 4.0 scale is required. Applicants must have received a four - year Bachelors or equivalent degree before the term, they intend to enroll. You need to have registration from the Canadian Medical Council to pursue any Masters in the medical field. You must check with the CMC for requirements, fees, admission deadlines etc. You must also take the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) to be considered for admissions. Check the CMC website firstly for details. You can do a job provided you possess the necessary license. Post studies you must first take the Medical Council of Canada Evaluating Examination (MCCEE) or Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE). On the basis of your requirements, Germany seems to be the best option. You must check with the requirements though as German universities are highly selective and high academic grades are required. You may refer to DAAD website for more details. Please check http://www.daaddelhi.org/en/

Admissions in US universities are done on the basis of several factors and not limited to your grades. They evaluate the whole package and not just one factor. Having good grades and a good GRE score helps in admission. You may have a tough time while dealing with top universities. However, there are Tier 2 and Tier 3 which would be feasible for you. If you can specify the particular country you intend to study in, I can guide you in a better way. The reason being admission requirements vary with universities and country. For most MS programmes, you will be required to take GRE. As an international student, you must also take IELTS or TOEFL.

You may consider McGill University, University of Alberta, University of Calgary, University of Manitoba and University of Toronto for MS Genetics. Admission requirements may vary. Most universities require applicants to have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4 and some experience (paid or voluntary). Applicants must submit the online application form alongwith the transcripts, reference letters, GRE or GMAT and TOEFL or IELTS alongwith the application fee.
