Give two exams i.e. GRE and TOEFL. score of 310+ in GRE and 100+ in TOEFL will fetch u gud colleges. You need to apply top 10 colleges of you choice. USA offers wonderful opportunity. you then need to prepare SOP and get recommendation from your professors to easily get colleges of your preference.

Hi Niranjan,
Have you where to apply? Because the host university itself will provide you accommodation information, hostel guides, shared accommodation etc. The international students office generally deals with it. I will suggest you refer to the university guides for safety reasons. Anyways you can check rent.com, apartmentsearch.com etc.

Hi Gaurav,
A GRE may be required for your master's. IELTS or TOEFL is generally not required for Asian students to study in Singapore or Hong Kong. You may contact the universities for waivers and requirements.

Best way is to visit institutes, see the campus, talk to students and then take a call on choosing the college for yourself.
Suggestion is don't go by a building institute because infrastructure does make a difference in facilitating peer learning, learning beyond classes etc.
All the best !

While exploring other opportunities abroad, you must make a note of your future plans, your budget, your academic background, language barriers and career opportunities in the country you are applying to. List down pros and cons of each thing and you'll be able to narrow down one destination. Apart from Hong Kong, you can also explore US, Canada, Australia etc.
