Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

German universities mainly focus on academic scores, so you need to have a strong academic profile for increasing your chances. There should not be year gap, backlogs and percentage should be in range of 75 at least.

Congratulations for maintaining high academics in your B.Sc & PGDCA. While for doing a Masters in USA, the work experience is not mandatory but if someone has an experience in the related field of study, it adds to it. GRE is expected to be a good 320/240 to have higher ranked universities admits.
