You're looking to make career in research and related fields like teaching then without doubting you should go for M.Tech. But, if you are interested in marketing, sales or business development fields then definitely, you should opt for MBA. Either, you do research or go in Business related fields, both have very good career perspective in coming years as India is a developing country and you will always have good scope in these two fields. But, no good scope for MS as there is no well recognised college for it.

If you are interested in Higher Studies or research in the same stream, then you may go for M.Tech. Else, MBA would be a good option. You should have 55% in B.Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE. USA is a hub of STEM programs, thus there are ample of universities that will offer you Computer Science courses. Universities usually have specific scores that they need in a particular section in the GRE exam. I personally visited Edwise for counseling and they gave me a good idea of the scores I would require. You could visit them.

You can check the individual requirements such as GRE TOEFL etc. On the links itself. https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/ms-in-abroad-dc11509
Narrow down your choice based on your budget, university admission requirements, your profile, location and climate preference etc. In terms of post study work options Australia and Canada are better.
