I believe you must have experienced B.Tech course, which focuses more on technical aspects not on the research/Science aspects. So, rather than taking suggestions from other people you should evaluate yourself on the basis of your experience. As per my opinion and my knowledge, you are definitely eligible for applying for M.Sc in electronics. After completing UPPSC, as you have studied Electronics as one of the main subjects in your graduation degree, you are definitely eligible. So, don't worry about it and you can easily proceed and can fulfill your desire.

As a graduate in EE, you are already into the robotics at least the theory and practice.
