Hi, The eligibility criteria for M.Sc. Molecular Biology is that you should have completed your B.Sc. in either subject of Microbiology, Botany, Zoology or Genetic with a minimum aggregate of 50% and above from a recognized university. The University of Hyderabad conducts the UOH Entrance Exam for admission in M.Sc.

Eligibility requirements (ERs) for admission to M.Sc.+ Ph.D. in Molecular Medical Microbiology at IIT Kharagpur: The candidates who qualify in JAM shall have to fulfill the following eligibility requirements (ERs) for admissions to IITs. 1. All candidates admitted through JAM should have a Bachelors degree. 2. In the qualifying degree, the aggregate marks or CGPA/CPI without rounding-off (taking into account all subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined) should be at least 55% or 5.5 out of 10 for General/OBC-NCL/EWS category candidates, and 50% or 5.0 out of 10 for SC/ST and PwD category candidates. Candidates aspiring for admission to the course are required to fulfill the following minimum eligibility criteria. Graduation or another such equivalent course in a relevant discipline, completed from a recognized university. Graduation needs to be completed in any of the following:
- Home Science
- Nutrition or Dietetics
- Food Science
- Biology
- Microbiology
- Clinical Biochemistry
- Life Sciences
- BNYS (Naturopathy)
- BAMS (Ayurveda)
A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the level of graduation. Candidates in their final year of graduation can also apply for the course on provisional basis.

Educational qualifications: B.Sc Home Science with specialization in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition
Or
PG Diploma in Dietetics and Public Health Nutrition or its equivalent
Or
Graduate (B.Sc. Hons.) or equivalent (MBBS, BHS etc.) from any of the following backgrounds: Home Science/ Food Science and Technology, Zoology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical along with the DNHE or CNCC or CFN offered by IGNOU. (Simultaneous admission for CFN/CNCC also permitted).
So from above B.Sc paramedical students are not eligible for this course.
