Dear,
M.Tech courses in India is only available to those who had B.E /B.Tech. So, instead of thinking of M.Tech, you can proceed for some better courses which you can get easily with good GATE score.

You can give your CSIR NET exam in Mathematical Science. You can also apply for this exam even if you are in your final year of M.Sc. Before to apply, you have to check CSIR NET Eligibility Criteria. You can check it off: https://scoop.eduncle.com/csir-net-eligibility-criteria. CSIR also offers scholarships and awards for the candidates, who qualify the exam with top ranks and perform outstandingly in Research areas respectively.

Eligibility Criteria / Entry Requirements for M.Sc chemistry in DU:
B.Sc. (Hons. ) Chemistry (3Years Course after 10+2) with 50% or above marks in aggregate both main and subsidiary (integrated) and 50% or above marks in Chemistry from Delhi University or any other University whose examination is recognised as equivalent to University of Delhi and fulfil other conditions of eligibility. or

Hi,
Eligibility Criteria:
B.Sc. in Physical/Biological/ Earth and Environmental Sciences as major/ honours with minimum of 50% marks. Candidates not having major/honours must have at least 55% marks in aggregate. Or, B.Sc. (Agri.) with at least 6.0 CGPA in 10 point scale or equivalent. Or Bachelors degree in Engineering /Medicine with 55% marks or equivalent grade point.
