Hello Subhajit, You need to check whether the university is UGC/ government approved or not? The candidates who have completed post-graduation from recognised university are allowed to apply for the exam. You can find the list of the approved universities and name of the fake universities at the official UGC Website. The candidates of distance learning are also eligible to apply for the exam. Also the candidates can choose the subject of their post-graduation to apply for UGC NET or its related subjects only.

You need to fulfill the eligibility requirements to take admission in the colleges for higher studies. Kindly name the college and university so that I may be able to populate the relevant information. Eligibility for M.Sc. In Psychology:
A student who has passed in B.A. Or B.Sc. Psychology Degree from a recognised university with minimum of 50% aggregate. Students having any other degree such as Bachelor of Social Work BSW B.A. Sociology, B.Sc. Home Science, B.A. Philosophy or B.Ed with Psychology papers. Once you fulfill the eligibility, you need to check and follow the admission process.
