MS in Canadian University is completely funded by the central government and the university fund, and thus talking about the cost, it is a steal deal, but the problem is with the recommendation for the project funding. While PGDM neither assure you for the low cost stay and job thereafter.

Kindly mention the entrance exam name for which you have missed appearing for the counseling. Though, I am not too sure to say unless I have the exam name, but I guess a lot of college offer direct admission process in colleges via reserved seats (5% of total number of seats). These seats are reserved for those people who actually didn't qualify the eligibility criteria for getting a seat in college but are willing to spend almost two to four times the actual fee of the college. It is like the direct admission process in colleges. You can directly check with the college which you prefer to take admission in, and then apply for the same

Admissions are open now.
You have to fill the admission form which are out now till November, and then you have to appear for their entrance exam, and if you qualify their entrance exam, then you can take admission in that college.
