Hi, for M.Sc abroad, firstly check their eligibility criteria where you wish to go. Another thing, is if you would like to apply for European countries, they have much more research oriented courses in their countries along with many scholarships. Answering the main question - I believe you can go for both. Obviously, BCA is applied course and can give you much more exposure to applied things than a B.Sc, because it is mostly have a theoretical course but obviously there's a view you can keep on exploring about things. AIMS-Bangalore is slightly better option in comparison to M. S. Ramaiah College. No idea about placing of MS Ramaiah, but AIMS average salary in between INR 5 lacs - INR 6 lacs.

Eligibility: Master of Science (M.Sc) Botany/Zoology: Bachelor's degree of a University established by law in India (with the subject of study for M.Sc, as one of the subjects) in 2nd Division or with at least 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST candidates) or Honors in the subject concerned. Basis of Admission: The admission to these courses will be made strictly on the basis of marks obtained in the Entrance Test and shall be open to all subject to the reservation approved by the University. The merit will be determined on the basis of competitive examination (written test and past academic record of the candidate).

Do you want to do M.Sc. From the same university from where you had a B.Sc. Done. If the government has given your college the preference of the M.Sc. Then you can.
