The applicant should be a teacher possessing Graduation/Post Graduation Degree with 55% (50% marks in case of SC/ST) with two years teaching experience in a Government or Government recognized school located in the territorial jurisdiction of the University and within the State of Himachal Pradesh. So, you can't apply.

M.Sc degree holders in Seed Science and Technology can get the post of a scientist in Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). But they have to qualify the examination conducted by Agriculture Scientist Recruitment Board. It is possible for them to pursue their career as a lecturer, assistant professor or associate professor in agricultural colleges and universities, provided they qualify the NET exam.
