According to me M.Sc will be the best option for you after B.Sc. Agriculture but if you don't want to do M.Sc then you can apply for a job on the basis of your B.Sc degree. Here are some jobs suitable for you:
1. Agricultural consultant
2. Farm manager
3. Fish farm manager
4. Plan breeder
5. Soil scientist

Yes, you can pursue. If your interest is in chemistry, it is really good, then the best thing would be to appear GATE or NET, clear the exam and go for research. Else, IISC conducts a written test for admission into the integrated Ph.D (Masters+Ph.D). You can get into other institutions also. There is a very good scope of pursuing chemistry after B.Tech.
