There is no such college offering distance education for M.Sc in forensic Science and criminology. You can go for colleges like University of Pune, Osmania University, Gujarat University, University of Madras and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU).

After doing M.Sc in Zoology, you can opt teaching as your profession, if you are interested in doing government job in teaching, you can do B.Ed and start preparing for the various levels of teaching job in schools. All the online rank predictors are based on the cutoff marks provided by BITS last year. So I guess they are reliable.
However, for more clarity, you can check the last year official cutoff scores published by BITS at http://bitsadmission.com/cutoffscores2017.aspx

You can but I don't feel it to be a wise decision because B.Pharma is a professional degree grasping in 4 years of your life. If you do M.Sc. then your pharma degree will hold the same place as B.Sc. Chemistry degree will hold. So it is better to go for M.Pharma and then Ph.D.
