Hello Alex,
New Zealand is a beautiful country. English speaking too. You can surely attempt to seek admission there. But unfortunately it's a very small country and hence employment opportunities are very limited.

M.Sc (Information Technology): Eligibility
Candidates can be eligible for admission if they fulfill any of the following conditions:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Physics / Stats / Electronics or equivalent examination with at least 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.
B.Tech / BE degree holders in Computer Science / Informational Technology are also eligible for M.Sc IT course.
Aggregate percentage required in graduation or equivalent may vary from college to college.

M.Sc in mathematics or Master of science in mathematics is a postgraduate mathematics course. The duration of this course is 2-years.
For Master of science in mathematics entrance examination, a candidate must have passed B.Sc (Mathematics) or B.Sc (Mathematics and computer applications) degree from a recognised university. The minimum percentage required in Bachelor's degree for Master of science in mathematics entrance examination is 55%.
As per my knowledge, the tentative date of Master of science in mathematics entrance examination was 19th May 2017.
