1) 50% aggregate pass marks in Bachelors degree (with physics or Maths) or its equivalent.
2) The marks for admission may vary from institute to institute. Many colleges conduct entrance exams for entry to their M.Sc. courses.
So, yes you are eligible for studying M.Sc. in any college.

For being eligible for this course, candidate must have a recognized undergraduate degree in B. SC. from a recognized university or equivalent, with two subjects combination among home science, human genetics, nutrition and dietetics, botany, zoology, biochemistry, biotechnology, plant protection, microbiology, dairy sciences, agriculture and horticulture, home science, fisheries and public health from any recognized university or equivalent.

To seek admission in B.Sc Physics, the student must have cleared 10+2 with science subjects (PCM/PCB).
The percentage in 10+2 required for being eligible for the course may vary from college to college.
