Eligibility for M.Sc. Physics is as follows:
1) 50% aggregate pass marks in Bachelors degree (with physics or Maths) or its equivalent.
2) The marks for admission may vary from institute to institute. Many colleges conduct entrance exams for entry to their M.Sc. courses.
So, yes you are eligible for studying M.Sc. in any college.

To seek admission in B.Sc Physics, the student must have cleared 10+2 with science subjects (PCM/PCB).
The percentage in 10+2 required for being eligible for the course may vary from college to college.

M.Sc in EVS is better as environmental science has more scope than the other and today more focus is being given on environment protection. Zoology is also good but has less scope than EVS.
